Ordinarily when you see the word squash on a chocolate blog, you think uh-oh – that sounds messy. But we are actually talking about the JP Morgan Tournament of Champions January 20th through January 26th in New York City.
The TOC is the world’s largest spectator squash event. The men’s 32-player draw, a PSA World series event, features 24 of the top 25 world ranking players, with the remaining eight spots to be determined by a 32-player qualifying draw.
The international tournament is held at the beautiful, landmark Grand Central Station in New York City . The event features a glass-enclosed court. (By the way, this is the only sporting event held in Grand Central). There is free standing room for the public, as well as reserved seats. So as you are on your way to catch that Metro North train, you can also catch a match of the top squash competitors in the world.
The Chocolate Nation is very excited to be a partner for the 15th Anniversary Party Gala hosted by Lexington Partners and Tournament Chairman John G. Nimick kicking off this exciting tournament and NYC event!
