o Gift Certificates are redeemable only for on-line product purchases made at www.thechocolatenation.com o the chocolate nation Gift Certificates may be treated the same as cash, provided that they are not redeemable for cash, nor can they be returned for a cash refund. Actual cash value of each Gift Certificate is1/10 of one cent. o Further Gift Certificates may not be purchased with the chocolate nation Gift Certificates. o Gift Certificate is personal and cannot be transferred, sold, bartered or assigned to any other party. o Sales tax and shipping charges are applicable on any merchandise purchased at www.thechocolatenation.com site. o Delivery of a Gift Certificate to an incorrect but deliverable e-mail or street address is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. o We will do our best to notify the purchaser if we become aware that any delivery attempt was unsuccessful, but delivery to a non-existent e-mail or street address is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. o the chocolate nation is not responsible for lost or stolen the chocolate nation Gift Certificates.
