Shipping & Delivery
We want to ensure that you receive the freshest chocolates possible, as quickly as possible. Because our chocolates are shipped directly from our chocolatiers, we use only the shipping methods they recommend. Therefore for deliveries to be made during certain times of the year, and for orders involving shipping to/from Warm weather states, overnight and 2 day air may be the only method of shipping available for those orders. In some cases, some items may only be available for shipping Monday through Thursday in order to avoid weekend delays.

Each chocolate nation order is sent via UPS. The available shipping options for any given order are referenced at checkout. Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot deliver orders to PO Boxes, as UPS does not offer delivery service to P.O. box addresses.

the chocolate nation™ is not responsible for:
- Product orders delivered to incorrect addresses which were supplied by the customer. If a customer mistake was made and the product needs to be re-sent, additional shipping and handling charges will be applicable.
- Unsuccessful deliveries to a customer provided address. UPS' standard delivery attempt protocols will be followed.
- Product quality problems due to improper handling once the product order has been delivered.
- Shipping delays due to severe weather or other unpreventable circumstances. Standard UPS delivery and delay policies will apply.

PRODUCTS RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION:
the chocolate nation™ and our partners will do our utmost to ensure that our chocolates and gifts arrive in perfect condition. We do recognize that on rare occasion, despite our best efforts, a product may be damaged en route. If for any reason your product arrives damaged, please save the damaged packaging and shipping container, and contact us within 36 hours upon receipt. We will coordinate getting the specific problem promptly addressed for you, and getting you replacement chocolates as soon as possible!
